Crystical, Mystical Fun!

Wow, it's been pretty busy and hectic and trying to keep up has been somewhat of a challenge for me.  Let's see, the last post I made, I stated that I would blog some information that would dispel the myth that energy balancing, and the use of stones and crystals as tools to do so, is not witchcraft. I do not believe it my place to attempt to convince anyone of anything; however, I was asked about this particular subject so here we go.

First, I would have to state that there are multiple references to the use of crystals and stones in the Bible.  For example, Lapis, Carnelian, Citrine, along with other gems are referenced and stones are found on breast plates and used to adorn clothing, jewelry, and the like.  Stones were used for pillows, and when men were going to stone a prostitute (I believe it was Mary), Jesus said, "He who is without sin, cast the first stone.

Throughout the course of time, crystals and stones have been used for many things. Quartz Crystals, because of their properties, have been used in all sorts and types of electronics, from watches to record players, to vacuum cleaners.  I suppose this is why quartz crystals have such an amazing ability to balance other stones before, during and after use for certain types of energy healing work.

So, how do I help people to understand that the use of crystals and stones in a form of energy balancing (healing) is not witch craft? Plainly stated, when I am working with a client, I go to prayer and meditation (asking for guidance and listening for that same guidance).  My belief is that this information comes from the highest source, because that is my intention.

Please keep in mind when I refer to energy balancing (healing) work, I am strictly implying that balancing your energy field causes a healing of sorts in your energy field to take place.  With that, the ability to heal one's physical and/or emotional self is possible; however, energy balancing should not take place of a physician.  As a matter of fact, I have assisted others in directing them to see their Dr., after a balancing because I receive information that something serious is going on with their physical self.  Generally speaking, however, physical ailments and disease, come from dis-ease within the mind, which is where it all begins.  We have so much stuff locked in our subconscious minds it is amazing.

Other stones, like Lepidolite, assist those with anxiety and/or depression. This is because of the makeup of the type of stone it is.  (KLi2Al(Al,Si)3O10(F,OH)2 Lepidolite is a lilac-gray or rose-colored member of the mica group that is a secondary source of lithium. A large raw piece of Lepidolite next to your bed while you sleep should help with anxiety and/or depression - though I would not use it solely without your medication without the Dr.'s approval.
This is a piece of Lepidolite about the size of the palm of my hand, or just a tad bit smaller. When I am called to use this stone in a balancing session, then I know which way the session is going to go and that the person I am working on is dealing with depression or anxiety, or possibly both issues.

Between now, and Monday, the 24th of June, when I write my next blog, if you go to my website www.maicalev.com and register your name and email address, I will enter you into a drawing to win a piece of Lepidolite and to win a beautiful Quartz Crystal Point (not shown) but it will be beautiful, I guarantee it.  I will announce the winner and write about more of my favorite subjects, gems and stones.  I will attempt to make it informative and fun at the same time.
