Let's take that magical journey through the world of stones. The first one I want to share with you is Quartz. There are as many books on crystals and stones as there are numbers of crystals and stones. I have read many of these books and find each of them informative in some fashion; however, what I find that works best for me is listening and using these stones the way I am intuitively guided to use them.
Quartz, for example, is a charging stone. Not only does quartz charge the other stones and crystals around them (energetically), quartz is also used as a "pick me up" type of energy in the ethereal field of us humans (animals too) when they are used in an energy balancing session.
When I am guided top use quartz on and around the crown and feet of a client, I know they are feeling a bit sluggish and need an energy boost or for whatever reason (which usually reveals itself) they just can't move or step forward into whatever it is they are supposed to be doing (which again, usually reveals itself during sessions). So, if you are feeling like you need some subtle energy without the caffeine or overdose of B vitamins, place a quartz in your pocket or wear a crystal pendant necklace, or earrings for awhile.

This is a photo of what I call my "Balancing Center," well part of it at any rate. Many amazing things happen in this space. The energy is strong, yet peaceful. I come here often for prayer and meditation. Within this room, I can go deep within my be-ing for peace and calmness, as well as for listening for direction and information. I believe the act of prayer is speaking/asking/giving thanks and the act of meditation is listening in response to what you have asked for, whether it be specific direction or general.
More importantly, is what others get out of this room when they come for an energy balancing session: joy, releasing, laughter, confirmation, and a magical array of other thought provoking emotions and growth. Whether you are concerned about a job, your love life, a friend, parent, child, sibling, or spouse - or whether you have an internal nudging about an issue you need confirmation on, this balancing center is a relaxing and peaceful environment.

This is not a massage, so please do not be confused by the massage table, though you are asked to lie down on the massage table during your session. With the use of crystals and stones, I assist you with removing old stagnant energy and replace it with balanced energy to the vibration that you are meant to operate from. The changes can be subtle, or immediate, and the energy changes are within the ethereal field of the human body or, in other words, your energy field.
